The thing you need.
1 kadai or other skillet (ideally cast flat iron).
1/2 Teaspoon of mustard seed products.
3 red chilies.
1 banana flower.
Salt.
1 sprig of curry leaves.
2 Teaspoon coconut petrol.
1 glass grated coconut.
How to proceed.
Boil the banana bloom for 7 minutes. Stress the water.
Heat coconut olive oil, mustard seeds, red curry and chilies leaves in the kadai/skillet.
Add boiled banana rose and cook protected for five minutes.
Add sodium and grated coconut.
Mixture well and provide.
